A growing Amazon eCommerce business is seeking a part-time Account Health Specialist to maintain the health of its Amazon Seller Central account. This role involves ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies, managing customer inquiries, and handling various backend tasks to keep listings active and in good standing.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring the Account Health Dashboard to resolve violations, claims, and alerts.
- Responding promptly and professionally to Amazon cases.
- Tracking and documenting case progress and resolutions.
- Resolving stranded inventory and maintaining product availability.
- Creating and updating listings, UPCs, and SKUs as needed.
- Handling customer inquiries via email and phone regarding account health issues.
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with quality control by reviewing product samples.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central and account health management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve listing and compliance issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling Amazon cases and customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to track case progress and resolutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
