A growing Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) company is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to join their in-office team. This full-time role is focused on managing daily administrative tasks, such as handling large volumes of emails, data entry, and deal submissions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, computer-savvy, and flexible with their responsibilities. Experience in admin or data entry is preferred, though MCA experience is not required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and organize a high volume of daily emails (200 ).
- Submit deals to funders through online portals, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Track and record deal approvals, declines, and submissions in Google Sheets.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks, including potential personal assistant duties.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company implements a new CRM system (Salesforce).
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google Sheets and keyboard shortcuts.
- Quick learner with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage downtime productively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working full-time in-office (9 AM - 3:30 PM).
