Responsibilities Include:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

Oversee the sales efforts for ABA clinics across the United States, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan for the sales teams.

Team Management & Training:

Manage and mentor field marketers, providing training and development to optimize performance.

Ensure teams are aligned with company goals and sales strategies.

Client & Market Engagement:

Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships across various clinics.

Collaborate with clinic leaders to understand local market dynamics and create targeted sales strategies.

Travel & Field Support:
