Responsibilities Include:
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for business clients.
- Set up and manage networks, including Wi-Fi and routers.
- Handle computer maintenance and address hardware/software issues.
- Resolve printer and peripheral device problems.
- Use a ticketing system to track and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Basic IT knowledge, including network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi setup, and device maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
