Provide detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing specials.

Lead Qualification & Sales Opportunities:

Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet property requirements.

Proactively identify sales opportunities based on prospects' needs and provide recommendations.

Appointment Scheduling & Follow-up:

Schedule appointments for on-site tours with leasing agents, coordinating availability with both parties.
