Job Description: Eligible for $2000 Sign on Bonus BHMG - Urgent Care Float Louisville - S. Indiana Full Time Medical Assistant The MA Float will be responsible for the coordination of direct patient care activities and providing clinical support to providers within our Urgent Care locations. High School Diploma or General Education Equivalency Basic computer skills, specifically with navigating within databases containing highly confidential information, plus. Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate to be received within 90 days, plus one of the following: Prior working experience in a medical office/clinic performing clinical MA duties. Or a Certified MA from the National Health Career Association (NHA). Or completed any MA education program, but has not received certification as of yet. Preferred Requirements for Certified Medical Assistant: Current MA Certification from AAMA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, AAMP.
