Job Description:
- Under the direction of the Executive Director of Outcomes, the Lead WOCN assumes an entry-level clinical leadership role, overseeing nursing care team operations while fulfilling the responsibilities outlined in the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse (WOCN) job description.
- This role is pivotal in coordinating unit-level activities that promote excellence in professional nursing practice, evidence-based care, and patient- and family-centered outcomes, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team as guided by the Executive Director.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current RN license with the KBN
- WOCN Certification or obtain within two years
- Two years job-related experience
