Job Description:
Research Nurse Coordinator
Part-Time, Days
Job Description:
- Under limited supervision, coordinates patient care in compliance with local, state and federal guidelines and regulations through IRB approved protocol requirements.
- The research nurse coordinator works collaboratively with the patient, other research staff, support system, referring physicians’ staff, radiologists, surgeons, supporting physician, pathologists, pathway staff and sponsors.
- In collaboration with the investigators, assess patients for changes in condition, adverse events, concomitant medication use, protocol compliance, and response to study drug, and thoroughly document findings.
Requirements:
- DNP or PhD in nursing
- Two years nursing experience
- Ky RN license
- BLS required
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
