BHS Corrugated North America is actively seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for our customer location in Henderson, KY. As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by minimizing equipment downtime through effective leadership and maintenance management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of industrial technicians to execute timely and accurate preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Uphold a safe work environment for both the plant and our technicians.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for corrugator production.
- Efficiently schedule and organize all onsite maintenance tasks and manage parts inventory.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding state-of-the-art BHS equipment.
- Collaborate with plant management to achieve production goals.
- Facilitate discussions on the reasons for equipment downtime.
- Lead weekly meetings on the maintenance program.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience, with a focus on electrical and mechanical interventions.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in working with pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, PLC programming, and computer software.
- Previous exposure to corrugated equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
