Job Summary
The Manager of Operations - Practice Excellence is a leader within the medical group that contributes to the achievement of improved quality, patient experience, productivity, efficiency, and a rewarding work environment. The Manager will develop and implement group-wide initiatives that leverage technology, processes, and people to improve operations and outcomes. Specifically, the Manager will have responsibility for establishing best practices in site management, front desk and business operations.
Experience
- Five years of practice management, process improvement and project management experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business administration or a health-related field or five years of relevant experience required.
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in medical group management, process improvement, and project execution within clinical care settings.
- Demonstrated experience leading successful teams and working collaboratively with other departments and staff at all levels.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using LEAN, Six Sigma or project management methodologies preferred.
