Summary/Objective
The Cook performs a variety of tasks to support the dining and retail operations though cooking, cleaning and other duties as needs following all Food Safety regulatory standards.
Essential Job Duties

Prepare food item quantities as assigned for meal service following all safe food handling procedures.

Send food products to appropriate location ensuring all standards for appearance, portion and quality are met.

Set up and maintain work station through meal service and complete daily station cleaning checklist ensuring it is cleaned and sanitized before clocking out at the end of shift.

Complete all prep work for next day on your assigned station and assist others as directed.

Ensure station has sanitizer buckets and stock supplies in preparation for meal periods as assigned.

Complete all required logs and documents for your station or assigned area; complying with all state, federal and hospital guidelines.
Required Education and Experience
1-3 years’ experience.
