Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills and have experience with customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce.

Duties

  • Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to engage prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure business deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share insights on market trends.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
  • Participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in millwork.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning principles and market analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
