Our Learning team is seeking interest for a Managing Director. The Managing Director will staff and manage the production of all digital learning content as well as the ongoing development and support of our Chameleon Cloud™ eLearning development platform.
Requirements include :
- Deep understanding of the interactive / technical agency service business including technical, creative and production processes
- Extremely strong service operations expertise with an emphasis on the pace and breadth of agency operations serving the Fortune 500
- Ability to manage and lead technical product development
- Passion for leading edge technology and operational excellence
- Proven, successful consultative communications skills
- Experience in creating web-based product and / or learning solutions
- Proposal and business writing experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong people and client management skills
- Working understanding of learning technology preferred
- Knowledge of technical or creative development frameworks
- Knowledge of media production processes including wireframing, imagery, sound, video, 2D and 3D animation preferred
