Duties

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Experience
- Previous experience in a server role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and processing payments effectively.
- Experience in food preparation or food handling is beneficial.
