Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm

Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in Medical Assisting from an accredited institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Collect detailed patient medical history.
- Measure and record vital signs.
- Assist the provider with procedures.
- Venipuncture, conduct waived lab testing.
- Administer injections/medications as ordered by the provider.
- Obtain insurance pre-certs and prior authorizations.
- Perform referrals/appointments as ordered by the provider.
- Take inventory of supplies and reordering as needed.
- Assist with patient refills.
- Prioritize phone calls with questions for the provider.
- Abide by HIPAA regulations to ensure all health information is secure.
- Ensure the patient environment is safe and secure.
- Ensuring that medical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained.
- Providing exceptional patient care and support to our medical staff.
