The claims department is looking for an experienced claims professional with solid claims knowledge in workers compensation. The role will entail several key responsibilities but will primarily deliver line of business training and conduct regular quality audits, applying claims best practices. The position also requires someone that can provide feedback to the Line of Business (LOB) leadership. This position requires someone who enjoys working with others and can work with individuals with various experience levels. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with LOB to develop specific training
- Deliver LOB training as needed
- Complete monthly LOB audits
- Communicate to LOB on audit results (identify trends and training needs)
- Support LOB needs for training and development of staff
- Coordinate annual training for LOB
- Coordinate training, lectures, and discussions to increase the knowledge and competence LOB

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this job is $90,000 to $105,000. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
