The Claims Technician provides support to the workers' compensation claims team in a variety of ways, including preparing correspondence, scheduling medical appointments, locating network providers, and assisting with calls related to medical bills.
Job Responsibilities

- Prepare forms and letters
- Request medical records
- Schedule appointments for injured workers
- Schedule translation and transportation services
- Locate providers within the medical provider network
- Assist with billing related questions and supply billing information to medical providers
- Complete referrals for independent medical evaluations via online portal
- Assist with data completion in claim system

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
