Bibibop Asian Grill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for training and developing team members, promoting teamwork, and creating an environment where employees are empowered and delighted.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accountable for all daily operations of the food service operation.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Create an environment where team members are empowered and delighted, who in turn, delight our guests with genuine hospitality.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of food service experience, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. They must also be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 30 lbs.
