Duties and Responsibilities :
- Under the direction of Principal Investigator and evaluator, provide support for a research project relating to K-8 writing for Native Hawaiian students and Pacific islanders.
- Conduct Kakau Mea Nui online tutoring for students in grade 3-8 writing.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Assist with data collection, including surveys, focus groups, and field observations.
- Create presentation and promotional material (physical and digital) for conference presentations, newsletters and websites.
- Create tables and figures based on quantitative data findings.
- Draft plain language summaries of quantitative and qualitative findings.
- Assist with project reports, abstracts, conference presentations, and manuscripts for submission.
- Other duties as assigned.
