What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Care Aide (Nurse Aide) position at Kahala Nui?
Kahala Nui, considered Hawaii's premier Senior Living Community, is looking for Resident Care Aides (RCA) to join our team! This position may be considered a "Nurse Aide" at similar facilities.
Full-Time or Part-Time or On-call
Shifts:
- DAY (6:00AM to 2:30PM),
- EVENING (2:00PM to 10:30PM),
Evening and Night shifts receive a shift differential pay
Provides care for residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Support units, assisting with personal care needs which enable the resident to maintain good personal hygiene, to carry out activities of daily living, to maintain good health and to participate in the activities of the community.

This position does NOT require a Hawaii CNA license.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have valid CPR AND First Aid Certifications.
- Completion of Nurse Aide Training Course preferred.
- Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance in accordance with state regulations.
- Proof of annual Flu vaccination in accordance with Kahala Nui’s associate policies.
