SUMMARY : Seeking Outside sales into Turnarounds- has a database of accounts lots of warm leads and new business hunting in Downstream. Focusing on products of pipe, valves, fittings and flanges
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage assigned account relationships
- Organize personal schedules to maximize contact with customers via face-to-face meetings, email and phone contact
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Representatives to customers to ensure efficient and effective handling of transactional activity for quotes, bids, purchase orders, and customer deliveries.
- Consult with current and potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest products or services within core products to meet those needs
- Readily share account information across to support teams to enhance quality of customer experience
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas
- Actively engage customers asking for quote and bid opportunities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on quotes, bids and purchase orders
- Present quotes to customers.
- Ask customers for acknowledgement of sale or last bid opportunity
- Report on win / loss activity on assigned accounts showing quote activity to purchase order attainment
- Perform monthly evaluation of assigned accounts. Understand sales and gross profit performance
- Identify missed opportunities, emerging opportunities and consistency of sales to pinpoint issues and opportunities
- Monitor monthly sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Demonstrate assigned account sales pipeline for turnarounds
- Work with Senior Management on revenue forecast articulating % of win projections
- Actively collaborate with Inside Sales, warehouse, finance and Senior Management to ensure alignment of sales strategies through seamless delivery of products to customers
- Organize and set up industry trade shows and events
- Ensure there is appropriate sta? support coverage to handle sales booth activity and allow for one-on-one customer interfaces
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
