COMPANY OVERVIEW : Our client is an innovative national cooling tower manufacturer specializing in maintenance, repairs, upgrades, parts and related products. Selling across multiple market segments including power generation, petrochemical, HVAC and refining.
POSITION : Regional Sales Manager
COMPENSATION : Competitive salary DOE Bonus

LOCATION : Lake Charles, Louisiana
SUMMARY : Regional Sales Managers manages the sales process and customer relationships, not people. If you are motivated by aggressively seeking new business & fostering organic growth.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform research on companies, contacts and projects
- Complete and submit proposal documents as needed
- Complete and submit inspection reports as needed
- Develop and update an account list with the status (prospecting, quoting, or working)
- Maintain a current hit list to update and send on a weekly basis
- Attend the weekly Zoom meeting with sales, project management and construction
- Accurately complete and submit an expense report every month
- Complete and maintain all necessary background, drug and safety training as needed for site entry
- Maintain all required maintenance on the company vehicle
- Attend all cooling tower inspections for your assigned accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with contacts at your accounts
- Identify the decision makers for each project
- Understand the process to become approved to perform work at a new site
- Attending bid walks as needed
- Understand the competition at each of your assigned accounts
- Understand all the details for each of the proposals that you submit and ensure that estimating understands
- Follow up on each proposal to understand where we are and when it will close
- Assist other sales managers on inspections as needed
