Job Summary :
Our MiMutual Mortgage is growing and you will be a part of that growth! As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing a specified territory and efficient daily operation of their assigned branches, including but not limited to, operations, product sales, recruiting, and customer service in accordance with the Company’s strategic objectives. The Regional Sales Manager promotes the sales and service culture through effective coaching, guidance and staff motivation, and achieves sales goals of branches through new business sales, referrals and retention of relationships.
