Brief Job Duties:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
1. Prepare foods as directed by either the Kitchen Manager or Cook.
2. Clean all work areas when tasks are completed.
3. Serve lunches in the serving line.
4. Prepare items for the next days meals as needed by the manager/cook.
5. Serve as a cashier at the Point of Sale system and record sales and meal counts.

Criminal History Record Check (CHRC), which includes Fingerprints on file with the Maine Department of Education with in 6 weeks of starting work
