Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanic based in Watford City, ND. The Mechanic will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of natural gas compressors and heavy equipment. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring the equipment operates efficiently and reliably. The Mechanic will work closely with the technical support team and must be proactive in identifying and addressing equipment issues.
Qualifications
- Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of heavy equipment and natural gas compressors
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of OEM equipment such as Caterpillar, Waukesha, Ariel, and Sullair is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience is preferred
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols
