Job Description:

As an Analytics Manager at BidFTA.com, you will lead a dynamic team tasked with leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiencies across the company. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a small team of analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and result-oriented environment.
• Design, manage, and maintain comprehensive reporting systems across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
• Develop and implement permanent dashboards and provide ad-hoc reporting to support strategic business decisions.
• Spearhead the adoption of analytics best practices within the organization, advocating for data literacy and enhanced analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing data-driven strategies and solutions.
• Maintain expertise in analytical tools and applications, particularly MySQL, SQL Server, and PowerBI, to provide robust data insights and reports.
• Train and mentor team members on advanced analytics techniques and best practices.
• Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the effectiveness of the analytics function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in an analytics leadership role, with a track record of managing successful teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including MySQL and SQL Server, with the ability to handle complex queries and optimize database performance.
• Extensive experience with PowerBI and other data visualization tools, capable of crafting dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
