Beertender/Server

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented servers to join our dynamic team at Bierbath, a unique destination where hospitality meets wellness. Our servers play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional guest experience, both in the dining area and our exclusive hot tub service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, attentive, and friendly service to guests in all areas, including the dining room, beer garden, and hot tubs.
• Become well-versed in our extensive beer selection, including draft and canned options, to offer personalized recommendations.
• Ensure guests' comfort and safety around the hot tub areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Serve food and beverages with a focus on presentation, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
• Manage multiple tables and hot tub service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and attended to.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, using the POS system to handle transactions and manage tabs.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the service and hot tub areas, including setup and breakdown duties as needed.
• Uphold the cleanliness and presentation of the work area, including the responsibility to clean and maintain the restrooms, hot tubs, and sauna. This includes regular checks and adherence to our strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
• Work closely with the culinary team to stay informed about menu changes and specials, communicating any dietary restrictions or preferences from guests.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass drug screening.
• Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, with a willingness to learn about our specific offerings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide guests with a memorable experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to move and handle items up to 30 pounds.
