WHAT YOU WILL DO : The Arcade Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining arcade games and other facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of Big Al's business goals and objectives.
- Adjust arcade games for proper ticket payout.
- Diagnose problems on arcade games; order, replace and / or repair parts.
- Establish and maintain parts inventory for arcade games.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to the Facility Manager.
- Operation of power and manual tools.
- Follow preventative maintenance schedule for machines including cleaning and cosmetic repair.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Operates POS equipment, servers, and computers.
- Professionally interact with vendors, guests, and staff members
- Ensures satisfactory maintenance, appearance, and condition of assigned facilities to comply with security, safety, and environmental codes and ordinances.
- Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations, and company policy.
- Required to help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment. Will remove garbage and recycle when needed, will participate in cleaning duties such as sweeping, wiping down equipment, mopping and more.
- Required to follow all safety procedures to ensure personal and guest safety from potential hazards.
- Other duties as assigned; Performs all shift duties as required by Facilities Manager.
