WHAT YOU WILL DO: Consistently provide a first-class experience to our guests through exceptional interpersonal serving and technical beverage mixing skills. Make specified delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our guests and develop positive relationships in all standard forms of communication.
Promote and sell all Big Als promotions to all guests and participate in up selling the guest experience.
Required to run all alcoholic beverages to the guest.
Wait and take orders at tables, cashing out at tables. Provide table side service to supplement food runners.
Properly handle cash and other financial transactions.
Help facilitate parties through the Party Hub.
Ensure the bar is clean, stocked, organized, and drinks are made per recipe specifications.
Clean and ensure availability of glassware; requires proper and safe use of dishwasher.
Sanitizing and lane/table scaping.
Complete daily bartender log to include service issues, cut offs or other alcohol related incidents.
Understand and assist management with all music and video entertainment and video lottery.
Organize and maintain cleanliness of keg room and storage rooms. Will be responsible to correctly change and be required to team lift a full keg. May lift empty kegs singularly.
Required to wipe down and bus tables as needed.
Ensure all alcohol serving laws and Big Als alcohol policies are being adhered to for all guests and staff.
Always provide exceptional guest service and ensure guests receive all food and beverage as ordered.
Assist with opening and/or closing our center and bars.
Required to follow all safety procedures and practices and follow PPE protections to ensure personal and guest safety from potential hazards.
Required to help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment. Will remove garbage and recycle when needed, will participate in cleaning duties such as sweeping, wiping down equipment and furniture, mopping, replenishing sanitary items and more.
Other duties as assigned as it relates to the team environment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THE JOB:
Preferred knowledge of Micros, KDS or other POS systems.
Intermediate skills in MS office programs
Must demonstrate a high comfort level with in-person interactions with guests and others
First-class level of guest service and recognizing signs of intoxication skills
Active participant of an inclusive team culture
Cash handling and sales skills
Awareness and advocate of safety
Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol serving certification
Must be 21 years or older (must be 19 years or older in Idaho)
