Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mixologist or Bartender willing to learn the craft to join our team. This role involves crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create innovative and signature cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience
- Engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Follow all food handling, alcohol service, and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies
Requirements
- Prior experience as a mixologist preferred or bartender (but willing to train motivated candidates the craft)
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, drink preparation techniques, and mixology trends
- Basic math skills for handling cash, processing payments, and managing inventory
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- TABC Certification required
