Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through innovative drink preparation and engaging interactions.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system and cash register.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with manager to coordinate events and special functions.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar setting is preferred, with a strong emphasis on bartending skills.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Proficiency in using Union POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- A passion for mixology, creativity in drink presentation, and knowledge of current trends in the beverage industry.
