The Production Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, production work quality, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire and mold production processes with at least 2 years of experience
- Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
- Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates
- Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
- Manage production expenses, equipment and materials, and provide warehouse and fleet maintenance.
- Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
- Provide detailed and organized job documentation and review job files for accuracy.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors, customers, and office staff.
- Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Position Requirements
- 2 years of experience in cleaning/restoration
- IICRC Certified
- Xactimate, Symbility experience preferred but not required
- Prior management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance and complete a variety of physically demanding activities.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
