The Mitigation Manager in Kennesaw, GA, US is responsible for resolving water damage issues in residential properties. Applicants must be IICRC Certified. This role involves performing a range of activities such as water extraction, removing mold, general demolition, drying materials, vacuuming, and scrubbing.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect and assess the damage that has been done to the home; find or confirm the root cause of the disaster.
- Obtain Work Authorization from the Customer.
- Complete Tick Sheet Identifying specific work that needs to be performed and equipment that is needed.
- Gather needed supplies and equipment.
- Begin performing work or schedule with the insured to return as needed.
- Monitor equipment and take daily logs of the drying process.
