The Role: Restoration and Mitigation Technician
We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Restoration and Mitigation Technician to join our team of everyday heroes. In this role, you'll be on the front lines, providing crucial emergency services and bringing properties back to life. What You'll Do
- Be a First Responder: Provide emergency services to residential and commercial properties, helping people in their time of need.
- Restore and Renew: Execute content restoration tasks, bringing cherished possessions back to life for grateful clients.
- Tackle Diverse Challenges: From packing belongings and cleaning on-site to performing HVAC cleaning and deodorization, no two days will be the same.
- Master the Tools of the Trade: Operate a variety of equipment and tools to get the job done right.
- Keep Safety First: Follow all safety regulations and use protective gear to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Be Part of a Team: Work closely with colleagues to maintain warehouse operations and support overall company success.
What You Bring to the Table
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in construction, particularly in water/fire damage restoration
- Valid certifications: environmental physical, OSHA 40 hr. HAZWOPER, current State Driver's License, and forklift operator certification
- The physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various challenging conditions
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
- The flexibility to respond to after-hours emergencies and work weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus!)
- Experience in the construction industry
- IICRC Water Restoration certification
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
