Prospects must be comfortable using a phone system, have good/efficient computer skills and have excellent customer service skills.

Summary
As a Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your core skills in veterinary terminology, animal handling, and pet care will be essential in managing multi-line phone systems and assisting clients with inquiries. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and handle inquiries.
- Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Assist with animal handling and restraint during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and manage medical collections as needed.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.
