Your Role as a Machine Operator:

🔹 Set up and change tooling as needed to ensure production efficiency🔹 Operate automatic and hand-feed fastener drilling machines🔹 Move parts to the next production stage with accuracy and attention to detail🔹 Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final piece inspections to maintain quality standards🔹 Apply basic math skills during the setup process to ensure precision🔹 Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Education: High School Diploma or GED✔ Experience: At least 1 year of machine operating experience (required)✔ Industry Knowledge: Fastener industry experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential✔ Technical Skills: Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, and blueprints✔ Mechanical Aptitude: Strong logical, mathematical, and troubleshooting abilities✔ Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work
