Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive General Manager to lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing teams, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing team that provides excellent service and delivers top-quality food in clean surroundings.
- Oversee overall operations and ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure proper financial management, including preparation of daily, weekly, period, and annual projections.
- Maintain proper inventories and complete related accounting and administrative reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders.
- Develop and grow the management team within the company, including coaching and counseling techniques.
- Work with the management team to effectively recruit, hire, and develop the restaurant staff.
- Implement all advertising and promotions coordinated by the Marketing Department.
- Maintain strict safety and sanitation standards within the restaurant.
- Ensure all employees receive proper training and maintain guest goodwill and positive public relations within the community.
- Support the management team at all times with a primary focus on complete guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good hearing, visual, English speaking, memory, writing, reading, math, and organizational skills.
- The ability to develop and build professional relationships with staff and guests.
