Restaurant Manager (GMIT) Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Objective
To lead service staff and subsequent employees of Our Client to deliver servant minded service to each guest whether choosing to dine in or carryout with us. To operate with a strong code of ethics and be an example of companys values. Restaurant Manager (GMIT) is to be responsible for the items below but not limited to based on GM discretion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the General Manager to manage daily operations in a highvolume environment
- Oversee and ensure the highest possible levels of Guest Service
- Hiring servers hosts and guest assistants with GM approval
- Monthly training class training materials follow schedules and tests.
- Classroom and follow shift trainers identified with GM approval
- Training progress & recap of each individual during & after training
- Weekly schedules reviewed and posted by appropriate times; server host & guest assistant
Qualifications
25 years as General Manager in a FullService restaurant w / Bar
Strong experience with LBW
