Automotive Assistant Manager: Estimated Total Earnings - $58,000-$85,000 annually (Hourly Base Pay Commissions Bonuses Overtime AMAZING Benefits)

Compensation Details:
• Hourly Base Pay of $18.00 – $19.00 (based on experience and performance).
• Commission & Bonus Opportunities include: Daily Spiffs, Monthly Kickers, and Production Bonuses. Estimated commissions range from $3-$12 more an hour - Based on position, skill level, and production
• Overtime pay: 1.5x for hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
• Average total earnings range from $58,000 - $85,000 per year.
