We are seeking a Fleet & Commercial Accounts Administrator to join our corporate office team. This role is instrumental in supporting our store locations, managing national accounts, processing payments, and assisting with B2B growth initiatives.
Location: 14401 Princeton Ave, Moorpark, CA
Work Arrangement: This is an in-office position (not remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist our retail locations in processing national accounts and receiving payments.
- Manage B2B partnerships, facilitating service coordination and payment processing.
- Support the expansion of the company's B2B business by identifying new prospects and developing strategies to acquire their business.
- Handle accounting-related tasks and ensure accurate financial processing for national and fleet accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive repair, national accounts, or accounting is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, computer-based office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
