About Us
Cascade Youth and Family Center (CYFC), a part of J Bar J Youth Services, is dedicated to empowering youth to overcome challenges and achieve independence. Canal House is one of CYFC’s vital programs, offering essential services and compassionate care to residents in need of guidance and support.
What You’ll Do
As the Program Manager, you’ll lead and support the team to ensure the security, safety, and positive behavior management of our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and mentoring staff to provide high-quality care for residents.
- Overseeing resident accountability and promoting structured daily routines.
- Collaborating with Treatment Coordinators and Therapists to align youth behavior management with individualized treatment plans.
- Managing medication distribution, inventory, and refills for residents.
- Maintaining the house’s functionality, including cleanliness, supply inventory, and minor maintenance.
- Organizing transportation for residents and supporting daily activities, such as meal planning and recreational events.
- Documenting and communicating key behavioral and treatment updates to ensure continuity of care.
This position requires active interaction with residents, therapeutic interventions, and hands-on engagement in daily living activities.
