Purpose
The Customer Service/Call Center Representatives are responsible for making outbound calls and assisting donors with general inquiries and the scheduling of donations.
Reporting Relationship
The Customer Service/Call Center Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring a superior level of customer service is provided to all callers.
- Make outbound calls to solicit for donations.
- Verify donor information as presented in computer system/database.
- Completes necessary paperwork to update/correct/modify any information needed.
- Maintains databases and spreadsheets of tracked information, receipt requests, special instructions.
- Other projects as assigned by Supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel/Word.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills

Availability Required: Weds/Thurs Evenings (4-8pm); Additional Hours Available: Mon-Fri: 10am-2pm (Weds/Fri Preferred)
