Description : Purpose
The Customer Service / Call Center Representatives are responsible for making outbound calls and assisting donors with general inquiries and the scheduling of donations.
Reporting Relationship
The Customer Service / Call Center Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring a superior level of customer service is provided to all callers.
- Make outbound calls to solicit for donations.
- Verify donor information as presented in computer system / database.
- Completes necessary paperwork to update / correct / modify any information needed.
- Maintains databases and spreadsheets of tracked information, receipt requests, special instructions.
- Other projects as assigned by Supervisors.

Pay : $16.50 hourly
Availability Required : Weds / Thurs Evenings (4-8pm); Additional Hours Available : Mon-Fri : 10am-2pm (Weds / Fri Preferred)
