JOB SUMMARY :
You will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in advancing the agency’s mission by leading strategic efforts to secure and sustain financial resources. In collaboration with the CEO, you will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the agency’s overall growth. You will oversee all aspects of fundraising, including donor acquisition, cultivation & stewardship, implementing a planned giving strategy, building an alumni strategy, grant support & collaboration, brokering key partnerships, and executing special events. To be successful in this role, you will lead and motivate a team who can communicate the organization’s impact, build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for donor engagement and revenue generation. You will demonstrate a proven track record in fundraising, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the organization’s mission.
