Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Oversee the use of project management software to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure they are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain documentation using SharePoint for easy access and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor program performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and standards while promoting best practices in program management.
Experience
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience implementing them in projects.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and other relevant project management software.
- Experience in requirements management, process management, and systems integration is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
