- This position will act in a sales and marketing capacity and be the primary sales team leader for the Northern New Jersey region
- As currently defined, this region includes all New Jersey territory.
- This Position will require sales to meet with EC and GC to bring on NEW Work.
- This position will lead the sales team assigned to the construction market in this region and will be responsible for all construction-related sales activity required to manage and grow sales

Duties
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the fire safety sector, focusing on fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to recommend appropriate solutions, including system design and installation services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our fire safety products.
• Collaborate with manager, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from design through completion.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
