Responsibilities

Team Leadership :

Lead and motivate the front and back of house teams during shifts.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient operations.

Provide guidance and support to team members to meet performance standards.

Customer Service :

Ensure excellent customer service by coaching and modeling positive interactions.

Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Monitor and maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.

Operational Excellence :

Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food preparation and service during peak hours.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.

Training and Development :

Assist in training new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Shift Reporting :

Prepare shift reports on sales, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

Communicate important information to the management team for overall business improvement.

Requirements
