Front of House Team Member at Big Chicken

JOB SUMMARY

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You’ll be cross-trained for various roles including expo, cashier, and runner duties, allowing you to support the team wherever needed.

BIG RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with all Big Chicken staff to maintain a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Foster a team spirit by assisting your colleagues in providing prompt and friendly service.

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome in our lively environment.

Keep all areas clean and stocked according to Big Chicken’s standards.

Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Assist with food preparation and effectively sell menu items.

Use a computer to process orders and handle various payment methods, making change as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 16 years old and passionate about hospitality.

Previous hospitality experience in a food service environment is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Have a positive attitude, big smiles, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
