We're partnered with a exciting seed-stage start-up transforming healthcare. Their software is revolutionizing how medical scribes are taken, saving over 90% of medical professionals administrative time, allowing them to focus on patient conversations.
We're lookign for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer eager to join and build scalable, impactful products in a fast-paced startup. We’re looking for passionate 4 engineers at all levels, who're ready to shape the technical foundation of a well-positioned med-tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale cloud-native infrastructure to handle large-scale data (10,000 daily active users)
- Develop and implement AI-agents capable of performing complex clinical tasks.
- Fine-tune and optimize the retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline.
- Optimize transcription accuracy, especially for difficult-to-transcribe medical terminology.
- Seamlessly connect payment and claims data with external processing systems.
- Design and implement key features and systems (able to complete complex tasks whilst keeping an eye on practical outcomes)
Key Attributes:
- 3 years of Full-stack development experience (Python, Flask, FastAPI - Typescript, React - AWS) - Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS), serverless architecture & microservices.
- Startup experience: Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Experience with LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain RAG
- Experience working end-to-end on key features and systems (able to complete complex tasks whilst keeping an eye on practical outcomes)
- Strong exp working with LLM-driven systems (chatbot, GenAI tools, GPT, etc)
- Added bonus: Familiarity with MVP (Minimum Viable Product) - being able to deliver a working simplified version of a product to validate market demand, etc.
