The ERP coordinator would be responsible for maintaining and managing the Employee retention program at the plant, details listed below.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be facilitating our Employee Retention Program (ERP).
• To learn PPSI safety Policies and procedures and to be equipped to do hazard assessment in the plant.
• To learn the 7 steps of sanitation and to understand the essentials of our process.
• To become aware of our different sanitizing chemicals their uses , handling issues, and labeling
• To become acquainted with the new hire orientation and training process.
• To learn how to complete all new hire paperwork.
• To lead the Employee Retention Effort by meeting expectations
o Ensure all New Hires are given the "24 Experience"
-Meeting all leadership
-Provided with PPE
-Introduced to their "Personal trainer"
-Debriefed before end of shift
o Select and prepare trainers for the new hire training process
-Continue to encourage trainers throughout the program
o Monitor New hire progress throughout the program
o Perform nightly plant safety walk - thru
o Show weekly training videos
o Weekly meetings with Trainers, New Hires, and plant management
QUALIFICATIONS
• HR/Training experience a plus
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• Communication Skills
• Excel experience preferred
