Lead the Marketing Playbook: Take high-level goals and turn them into actionable strategies that drive measurable wins.
Analyze the Field: Keep a sharp eye on marketing metrics, industry trends, and competitor plays. You’ll not only track performance but call the right plays to improve ROI.
Build for the Future: Develop scalable processes and set the foundation for a growing marketing team.
Score Big with Customers: Manage our e-commerce platform and execute campaigns that engage, excite, and convert customers.
Be a Team Player: Strategize with the CEO and collaborate across departments to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Manage the Budget: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and align with company priorities.
Optimize Efficiency: Identify opportunities to outsource routine tasks, such as content creation or administrative work, to improve efficiency and focus on high-impact strategic initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required. MBA preferred.
3 years of marketing management experience, with a proven ability to lead campaigns and manage e-commerce initiatives.
3 years of experience with direct responsibility for driving e-commerce results, including platform management and optimization.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset that keeps you striving for continuous improvement and innovation.
Expertise in turning data into game-winning strategies.
The ability to juggle multiple plays at once while keeping an eye on the big picture.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems) and Google Suite to streamline workflows and track results.

Pay and Perks:
Competitive salary: Base between $100,000 and $115,000
Performance bonus: Expectations of reaching $15,000 - 25,000
